Enzalebio is a pre-seed venture at the concept stage. What you see on this page is our proposed approach, not a validated process. We have not yet built a recycling process or produced materials or garments.

Published research shows enzymes can break PET into monomers. Inputs, conditions, energy use and environmental performance for our case remain to be assessed.
Recovered monomers would need to be tested against a defined specification before any use in fibre or garments could be considered.
